Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for our suite of products, including Sukipay Payment Gateway, Odoo ERP, E-KYC solutions, and Kaspersky Solutions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the technology and financial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):**

1. **Market Research and Opportunity Identification:**

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries for our products.

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine our product positioning and sales strategy.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to address their business needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing timely information and assistance.

3. **Sales and Revenue Generation:**

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

4. **Product Expertise:**

- Become an expert in Sukipay Payment Gateway, Odoo ERP, E-KYC solutions, and Kaspersky Solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.

- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.

5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Provide feedback from the market to assist in the continuous improvement of our products and services.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or financial sector.

- Strong understanding of payment gateways, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and KYC solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
