About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to businesses and government entities in the Bicol Region. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your deep understanding of our software solutions and the unique needs of the Bicol market will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Responsibilities

Develop a Strong Pipeline: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in the business enterprise and government sectors across the Bicol Region. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.

Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and government agencies. Understand their pain points and challenges, and position our software solutions as the key to overcoming those obstacles.

Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the specific needs of each client. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the benefits and features of our software solutions.

Negotiate and Close: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals that are mutually beneficial for both [ICT Company Name] and our clients.
- Champion Customer Success: Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and project management, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in software sales, with a focus on enterprise or government clients.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and KYC solutions

Strong understanding of the ICT industry and current trends in the Philippines, particularly in the Bicol Region.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
