Job Summary
The Finance Solutions Architect will play a vital role in helping Bald Puppies Solutions Inc. clients successfully implement and adopt our Expense and Accounting Modules. This functional role focuses on client orientation, onboarding, and post-implementation support for businesses subscribing to our ERP solutions both locally and abroad.
You’ll work closely with business owners, accountants, and operations teams to ensure a seamless digital transformation journey — from setup and training to live support. No hardcore coding required, just a sharp mind and a solid grasp of how money moves in a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client onboarding and orientation sessions for the Accounting and Expense Modules.
- Configure and set up client accounts according to their chart of accounts and workflow requirements.
- Provide user training and functional support during implementation and after go-live.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of financial processes.
- Help clients understand and interpret basic financial reports generated by the system.
- Maintain documentation and feedback reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in quality assurance and testing of finance-related system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or any related course.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles (assets, liabilities, income, expenses).
- No experience required — fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain finance concepts in simple, relatable terms.
- Analytical mindset and genuine curiosity about business processes.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems (training will be provided).
