We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team and become a champion of ethical and legal conduct within the company. You will play a vital role in safeguarding the company's sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and mitigating potential risks.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs aligned
with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential risks

Implement and maintain appropriate controls to mitigate compliance risks

Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations and take appropriate corrective action

Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in any relevant field (e.g., Law,
Business Administration, Information Technology) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., RA 10173, DTI-IPPS) an advantage.
