The Software Sales Specialist is responsible for understanding and communicating the product's functionality to customers, partners, and internal teams. They will also demonstrate the use of the software to potential and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Understand the product's features and functionality
- Develop and deliver product training materials
- Create and deliver product demos and presentations
- Provide technical support to customers
- Gather and document customer feedback
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in product management or consulting
