We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's financial health and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile revenue data from various sources (ERP systems,
billing platforms, customer contracts) to identify and resolve
discrepancies

Investigate potential revenue leakage and implement corrective measures to minimize financial losses

Monitor revenue trends and prepare reports to provide insights into financial performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, sales, operations) to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial accounting standards (Philippine Accounting Standards Board, PFRS) and regulations (BIR, BSP
- Contribute to the development and improvement of revenue assurance processes and controls
- Maintain secure access to confidential financial data and adhere to data privacy regulations (RA 10173)

Participate in mandatory training and workshops on anti-money laundering (RA 9160), data privacy, and cybersecurity
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or auditing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using ERP systems
- Knowledge of Philippine financial reporting standards and regulations (PFRS, BIR, BSP) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
