We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Naga, Philippines. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating user-centered and visually appealing designs for our software products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring our products to life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop user personas and user journey maps
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts
- Design and implement user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are aligned with product goals
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- With 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
