The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing Bald Puppies Solutions Inc.'s online presence. The role focuses on lead generation, content creation, digital campaign execution, and initial client pre-qualification. The associate must leverage digital tools, analytics, and prompt engineering to ensure leads are of high quality and conversation rates exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all company platforms.
- Generate quality leads across all Bald Puppies Solutions products and services.
- Conduct initial pre-sales qualification of leads before handing them over to Sales.
- Manage paid ads with ROI-driven execution.
- Create engaging, platform-optimized content.
- Monitor analytics, conversion metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content.
- Actively use tools for copywriting, research, and campaign ideation with applied prompt engineering techniques.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to align marketing messages with business goals.
- Report campaign performance weekly and monthly with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media and website management.
- Experience in running lead-generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with paid advertising.
