The Customer Service Associate is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to equip our customers with the knowledge and skills to maximize the value of our offerings. You will play a key role in driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers on Bald Puppies Solutions Inc. products and services
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify customer knowledge gaps and tailor programs accordingly
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, user guides, and online resources
  • Deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and on-demand
  • Track customer progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs 
  • Provide ongoing support to customers after training completion 
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure training materials are aligned with product updates 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in customer success 
  • Attend mandatory company-provided seminars/workshops on Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Data Privacy Act (DPA), Philippine Labor Law, and Cybersecurity


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to develop engaging and interactive training content
  • Proven ability to track and measure the effectiveness of training programs 
  • Passion for customer success and a commitment to continuous learning
