We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Bookkeeper to join our team. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's financial health and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

  • Analyze and reconcile revenue data from various sources (ERP systems, billing platforms, customer contracts) to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Investigate potential revenue leakage and implement corrective measures to minimize financial losses
  • Monitor revenue trends and prepare reports to provide insights into financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, sales, operations) to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial accounting standards (Philippine Accounting Standards Board, PFRS) and regulations (BIR, BSP)  
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of revenue assurance processes and controls  
  • Maintain secure access to confidential financial data and adhere to data privacy regulations (RA 10173)  
  • Participate in mandatory training and workshops on anti-money laundering (RA 9160), data privacy, and cybersecurity


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or auditing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience using ERP systems   
  • Knowledge of Philippine financial reporting standards and regulations (PFRS, BIR, BSP) is advantageous  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
