How to Become a SukiPay Merchant
To become a SukiPay Merchant, the business must complete the merchant onboarding process and submit the required documents for verification and compliance review.
The basic requirements are:
- Updated Mayor’s Permit or Business Permit
- DTI Certificate for sole proprietorships or SEC Certificate for corporations/partnerships
- Completed Merchant Information Sheet
- Signed SukiPay Merchant Agreement
- Valid government ID of the authorized signatory
- Settlement bank account details
- Other supporting documents, if required during compliance review
Once approved, the merchant will be activated in the SukiPay system and may start accepting payments through the approved payment channels.
SukiPay Merchant Onboarding Process
Step 1: Merchant Inquiry
The merchant expresses interest in using SukiPay for digital payment acceptance. This may come from online inquiries, sales teams, business partners, referrals, or direct applications.
Step 2: Business Assessment
The SukiPay team identifies the merchant’s payment needs, such as:

3.5% per successful transaction
Internationally issued credit cards:

Payroll or Disbursement Service Fee
For merchants using SukiPay Disburse for payroll, vendor payments, commissions, allowances, or other payouts:
₱12.00 per successful disbursement transaction
Settlement Charges
Settlement charges may vary depending on the merchant classification, settlement arrangement, transaction type, and agreed setup.
For special arrangements such as real-time settlement, customized settlement schedules, or high-volume merchant operations, applicable settlement fees may be discussed during onboarding.
