The Merchant Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of partner merchants to Sukipay, ensuring they are fully equipped to use our payment solution effectively. This role involves recruiting new merchants, guiding them through the onboarding process, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal use of Sukipay's services.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel to meet with partner merchants.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
